📋 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Ai Shepherd ("we", "our", or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Ai Shepherd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Core features including Bible reading, AI conversation, and daily devotionals are available without an account. Account registration is optional and only required for cross-device sync and subscription features.

📖 Description of Service

Ai Shepherd is a faith-based mobile application that provides AI-powered Bible study assistance, daily devotional content, spiritual companionship, and Scripture reading tools. The App is designed to support personal spiritual growth and does not represent any specific church, denomination, or religious organization.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ai Shepherd only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

🤖 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Ai Shepherd uses artificial intelligence to generate devotional content, Bible study responses, and spiritual reflections. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is provided for personal spiritual enrichment only. It does not constitute theological advice, pastoral counseling, or official church doctrine. Always consult a qualified pastor or spiritual leader for important spiritual decisions.

We strive to ensure AI responses are grounded in Scripture, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological precision of all AI-generated content.

💳 Subscriptions and Payments

Ai Shepherd offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Cancellation	You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds	Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of charge
Price changes	We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase

🔒 Intellectual Property

The Ai Shepherd app, including its design, code, logo, and original content, is owned by the Ai Shepherd team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are used under fair use provisions and remain the property of their respective publishers.

You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the App (notes, prayer journal entries). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and sync this content to provide the service.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Shepherd and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

您保留在应用内创建的个人内容（笔记、祷告日记条目）的所有权。使用本应用即表示您授予我们有限许可，以存储和同步此内容来提供服务。

在法律允许的最大范围内，Ai牧者及其团队对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。
